Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 150g. of already cooked shrimp tails (or buy shrimp and cook them)
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 chive
  • 100 ml. mayonnaise
  • 6g. of fine salt (or to the taste of each house)

Avocado, Prawn and Mango Salad Recipe

  • We cut the avocados in half. We remove the bone and the inner meat, with the help of a spoon, and chop it into cubes. We reserve the halves of the crust for final plating. Chop the chives into fine brunoise.

  • We peel the mango and cut it into pieces similar to avocado. We cut the lime into quarters. We reserve.
  • Chop the shrimp tails into small pieces.

  • In a large bowl, add all the ingredients, salt, add mayonnaise to taste and mix well. We pour the mixture into the avocado carcasses, one per diner. We accompany it with the lime wedge, to season it with a citrus touch.
